OMG it took AGES on photoshop!
Basically I cropped the part I wanted and copied and pasted the "other part" of the brushes directly to the other side of the design. It's pretty hard to explain.
Sorry if I'm not much help, I'd suggest asking someone who knows more about this or Yahoo Answers [:
